This website is written by Dave Mason.  He spent every summer of his life in Keene Valley (beginning in 1953) staying at his grandparents camp off Airport Road.  In the late 1970's he managed to buy some land on Gristmill Lane in Keene.  He and his partner, Jim Herman, moved to Keene in 2004 from Boston. Previously, Jim Herman and Dave Mason wrote the Guide to Giving and Volunteering in Greater Keene and they continue to maintain that web site too.  They are co-leaders of the Town-Wide Broadband Project of the High Peaks Education Foundation (HPEF).  Dave is Treasurer of HPEF and Jim is Secretary.
